Site Lean Engineer

Site Lean Facilitator Pentair currently has an opening for Site Lean Engineer, this position will be responsible in the continuous improvement activities to systematically improve performance, and quantify improvements throughout the site, and responsible for the processes in the operations chain, including safety, quality, production and material handling. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates Lean Enterprise activities. Reviews operations and provides solutions to resolve safety/ergonomic, quality, cost, and throughput issues. Verifies work procedures are being followed (steps and time) and corrects issues with standard work. Provides staffing and capacity analysis for operations. Works on problems of diverse scope which require analysis within defined processes and systems to obtain results. Identify, define and develop solutions to issues that are not immediately evident in existing processes and systems. Understands customer needs in making day-to-day decisions and provides feedback or occasionally takes action on changes in customer requirements. Developed communication skills to exchange information locally. Negotiation mainly within department / function. Skills and Experience Requirement: Bachelor degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required. 3 - 5 years of experience in similar position Knowledge of lean tools Knowledge of AutoCAD Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent public speaking, presentation, oral and written communication skills Advanced English - required Pentair is an Equal Opportunity Employer
