Coach Business Manager

We are currently seeking a motivated Coach Business Manager who will play a pivotal role in developing our Business Managers and enhancing overall team performance. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about coaching and leadership, and who strive to create a successful and collaborative team environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management or coaching roles. Proficient in team leadership, development, and motivation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in strategic planning and business development. Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvement strategies. Advanced English proficiency; additional languages are a plus. Key Responsibilities: Provide coaching and guidance to Business Managers to enhance their effectiveness in managing teams and projects. Develop training programs and workshops focused on leadership, sales strategies, and client management. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement ( 100 FTE). Collaborate with ongoing recruitment and talent development efforts to ensure a high-performing team. Assist in identifying potential areas for growth and business expansion.
