The Engineering Manager Plans, lead and coordinates the engineering department in new product introduction projects, process development, maintenance and test equipment for the product manufacturing based on customer requirements. Your role: Assigns the engineering resources including personnel, machinery and technology to optimize the efficiency and correct deployment of new projects. Responsible of the selection, training and development of new and current talent based on the needed competencies of each process Coordinates the production support to achieve the performance, quality, cost and capacity goals. Assure the correct maintenance and performance of the test and productive equipment Document updated such as AMEF, capacity studies, workflows, validation and tooling purchase What do you need?
