L3 Support (Public Key Infrastructure - PKI)

The L3 Security support Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) candidate must have: • Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) • Strong knowledge of telecom networks, troubleshooting, and diagnostics - customer issues in production environments, • Handling customer tickets, emergencies, and outages. • Security Products: Preferred understanding of security products, especially certificate management • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems, troubleshooting skills for telecom products • Containerization and Cloud: Experience with Kubernetes (K8S) clusters and Helm charts. • Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and Docker. • Preferred - Good understanding of Security products (Certificate Management) • English speaking is mandatory for handling North American customers. • Preferred - in Level-3 technical support Nokia’s security domain products o Netguard Certificate Manager (NCM), o Netguard Certificate Lifecycle Manager (NCLM) We offer: Direct and indefinite hiring, 100% payroll schema, all law benefits Benefits above law (Major and minor medical insurance, Life Insurance, saving funds, grocery coupons, 30 days christmas bonus, 12 days vacations, dental and optical plan)
