Competences: Execute and inspect the company's financial and accounting rules and regulations, and assist the financial manager to continuously improve and formulate the company's relevant financial systems Responsible for the formulation and implementation inspection of the company's accounting standards, tracking and auditing the implementation of the company's accounting policies, and responsible for the management of accounting files Responsible for the company's asset financial management, organize asset financial verification, inventory and accounting guidance, and prepare relevant reports. Organize the company's financial personnel to perform financial accounting, current accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, and report preparation Provide consolidated financial reports and necessary financial analyzes on time, and ensure that these reports are reliable and accurate Cooperate with internal and external accounting and audit work to ensure the company's compliance management Assist the financial manager to establish various work standards and performance appraisal standards for the finance department and strengthen team building Complete other daily routine tasks assigned by superiors. Position Qualifications: Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit Accountant. (preferred) Previous experience in the manufacturing sector, or automotive industries Familiar with using ERP office system, SAP system (preferred) Public Accountant qualification certificate (preferred) Honest and dedicated, have a sense of company cultural identity, have strong induction and teamwork skills, and have strong resistance to pressure.
