SAP Retail Architect

We are looking for a Retail Architect (SAP S4 Hana Retail Specialist) Job Description: We are looking for a Retail Architect with extensive experience in S4 Hana Retail , specializing in Merchandise Management, S4 Fashion , and Vertical Business processes. This professional will be responsible for coordinating and implementing SAP solutions at various stages of projects, leading teams, and collaborating on the digital transformation of our clients. Main Responsibilities: Collaborate with the SAP team to generate value propositions and digital transformation roadmaps for our customers. Coordinate with SAP consultants to conduct workshops for process discovery, solution alignment, and business needs to SAP capabilities sessions. Participate in the solution design process for RFx responses, requirements analysis, estimation, and solution documentation. Mentor and coach team members within your specialty. Work with the Practice Manager, Project Managers, and Competence Leaders on various activities related to SAP implementation projects. Coordinate with the Operations area to create SoW (Statement of Work) for won projects. Provide leadership in defining ERP technical strategy for all projects, such as implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Participate in solution validation and review with PMOs, Account Directors, and other stakeholders involved in assigned projects. Technical and Experience Requirements: Expert in S4 Hana Retail with comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end processes (Merchandise Management, S4 Fashion, and Vertical Business). Experience with MM and/or SD Retail modules. Knowledge in SAP solutions for the industry: Merchandise Planning, Assortment Management, POS Data Transfer & Audit . Familiarity with Migration Cockpit , IDocs , APIs , and integration with legacy systems (POS, WMS, E-commerce). Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Technology and SAP implementation projects. Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA GROW, and RISE . Experience in managing teams of more than 5 direct reports and in projects with more than 15 team members . Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and risk management. Desirable experience in Apparel & Footwear solutions and the TOGAF framework. Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions (IS-Retail, IS-AFS) and SAP Intelligence Enterprise Architecture . Educational Requirements: University degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology , or related fields. Language Requirements: Advanced English (essential for interaction with global teams). Why join us?
