PennEngineering is seeking a motivated, excited, individual to be a part of the Sales Team in Mexico . As an Inside Sales Specialist at PennEngineering, you’ll collaborate with teams that do truly amazing things. Join us as we build the future in Manufacturing and Engineering Business development and sales support Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities through research, cold outreach, and inbound lead management Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, RFQs, and proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams. Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate records of interactions, and track sales pipeline activities Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction Support in follow up new customers order (First order/project). Marketing Assist in lead generation campaigns, outreach activities, and initial discovery calls or email communications Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business development strategy Administrative support Provide inside sales support to field sales representatives and leadership, including reporting and follow-up tasks Help onboard new customers by facilitating documentation and communication between internal departments Maintain all documents and customer files of new customers, Customer service support and backup Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, administration, marketing, preferred Automotive Tier 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Desired Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with remote teams
