Continuous Improvement Engineer

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer located in the San Luis Potosi, Mexico. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer or similar role KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Strong ability to generate data based on excel and power BI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools Exceptional communication and team collaboration skills Ability to train and mentor team members RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to production processes and methods Conduct process audits and provide feedback to improve efficiency and quality WE OFFER: Excellent benefits package
