Process Analyst – Hybrid (Mexicali, Mexico) – U.S. Work Visa Required We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our team in Mexicali, Mexico . In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in optimizing workflows by shadowing employees, documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements . Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site observations to analyze and document current processes, ensuring accurate SOP creation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements. Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly process documentation for training and compliance. Work closely with U.S.-based teams, requiring regular border crossings (every other day) with a valid U.S. work visa . Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis, workflow mapping, and stakeholder feedback . Requirements: Experience in process analysis, SOP development, or business process improvement . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate observations into actionable insights . Excellent communication (English/Spanish) to collaborate with local and U.S. teams. Valid U.S. work visa and willingness to travel across the border frequently .
