Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. This is a mid level position, so we are looking for: Qualifications 3 years of experience as a BA. Strong experience facing clients for gatherin requirements, translate those to the technical team. Improving, enriching user experience and collaboration with corss functional teams Strong with agile methodologies. Java development general exposure (you won't be coding but OPP or basic exposure to Java) This is a must Advanced English NOTE: Role is hybrid in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Monterrey or Aguascalientes
