Scrum Master Retail

Role: Senior PM/Scrum Master Location: Remote Key Skills: Agile, Scrum Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech What you will do: Facilitate agile framework, ceremonies, and/or tailored ways of working to enable teams to deliver in iterative and incremental fashion. Coach and mentor team members on agile-oriented practices and principles. Serve the team by facilitating the removal of impediments to delivery of value. Serve as liaison between the team and external stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication. Help the team work more efficiently and effectively, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and collaboration Skills Requirement: 8 years of Experience as Agile PM (Scrum Master) Experience in Agile Experience as a project manager Experience as a Scrum Master Experience in Retail Must be from IT/Engineering background Practical Experience in Agile and waterfall modal as a Scrum Master/PM. Strong Communication Skills Experience with vendor management and collaborating with them on project delivery Experience with highly matrixed project teams spanning multiple time zones.
