Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide Level 2 and 3 functional support for applications built on .NET and Azure APIs. • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to application functionality, integrations, and database performance. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure services, APIs, and cloud-based infrastructure. • Analyze logs, debug code (when necessary), and resolve incidents efficiently within established SLAs. • Collaborate with different infra teams to identify and implement system improvements. • Manage support tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.), ensuring timely resolution. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend preventive solutions. • Support deployments, patches, and configuration changes in production and staging environments. • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Skillset: • Proven experience in L2/L3 support for .NET applications, Azure APIs, and SQL databases. • Strong understanding of .NET Framework, .NET Core, and C#. • Experience with Azure services such as API Management, App Services, Functions, and Logic Apps. • Proficiency in SQL Server, including writing queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting database issues. • Experience working with RESTful APIs and debugging API-related issues. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze logs and system behaviors. • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) and ITIL best practices. • Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and end-users. • Advanced English (written and spoken) We offer: Life insurance.
