Associate Application Developer

What we offer: What You Will Do In This Role: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new features and improvements Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best development practices Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and bugs Contribute to the planning, design, and development of innovative software projects Stay updated with the latest technological trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team Participate in code review sessions and continuous learning Tasks and Qualifications: What We Are Looking For: A university degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields (0-2 years of experience) Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) Ability to work in a team, solve problems creatively, and communicate effectively Proactive attitude, curiosity to learn new technologies, and adaptability in agile environments Strong communication skills and willingness to receive and apply feedback Desirable: Previous experience in academic projects or internships related to software development Knowledge of modern frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, Spring, Django, etc.) Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience in web or mobile application development Skills in automated testing and CI/CD tools
