AWS DevOps Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer with a strong background in cloud services, DevOps automation, and full-stack development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with AWS services, as well as expertise in DevOps practices and tools. In addition to a solid understanding of NodeJS and TypeScript, familiarity with RDBMS, NoSQL databases, and IoT Core will be highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities: AWS Cloud Expertise : Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions using AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Firehose, Kinesis, RDS, SNS/SQS. DevOps Automation : Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CircleCI for seamless deployment and automation. Development & Programming : Utilize NodeJS and TypeScript to build and maintain backend services and cloud-based applications. Database Management : Work with both relational databases (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases to support application and system functionality. IoT Solutions : Experience with IoT Core services for building and managing IoT-based solutions (preferred, but not required). Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, improve processes, and deliver high-quality cloud solutions. Monitoring & Optimization : Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and cost optimization strategies to ensure the system’s efficiency and reliability. Required Skills & Experience: AWS : 5 years of experience working with AWS, ideally with AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). AWS Services : Strong experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, Firehose, Kinesis, RDS, and SNS/SQS. DevOps Tools : 2 years of experience with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Terraform, and CircleCI. Programming : Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript. Databases : Experience with both RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB). IoT (Preferred) : Knowledge of AWS IoT Core or similar IoT frameworks is a plus but not required.
