Environmental Specialist

Identify, diagnose and propose alternative solutions to situations, needs and requirements related to the environment that promote the achievement of the organization's objectives in a sustainable manner. Your responsibilities Prepare and monitor Environmental plans and programs through different communication channels to promote environmental awareness in the organization. Generate the necessary documentation regarding environmental compliance with legal regulations and the management systems implemented in the organization. Develop and implement training programs on environmental issues to be disseminated throughout the organization. Monitoring of the follow-up to the controls defined by the implemented management system. Responsible for the Management system to guarantee ISO 14001 certification. Stop processes whose operation is generating negative impacts on the environment Request the collection of hazardous, non-hazardous and special handling waste generated in the company. Apply internal regulations and enforce procedures. Your background Bachelor's Degree in Degree in Industrial engineering or Chemical engineer. 4 years of experience in the area, sustainability projects. Experience in treatment plans, implementation of sustainable projects., ISO 14000. Knowledge of legal, environmental and safety requirements is desirable. English Intermediate Advanced Level.
