NPI Analyst

General Purpose: First Brands Group is looking for a highly motivated self-starting NPI (New Part Introduction) Analyst to facilitate new part data delivery to our business partners. Strong English-speaking skills required, exceptional data management and data handling skills are also a core requirement. This role requires strong organization and communication skills as interacting and working cross-functionally with Pricing, Sales, Operations & Category Management departments to ensure New Products are properly captured, set up, and launched into respective channels. The ideal candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis across various projects to optimize company growth and business. You will manipulate datasets, create financial models, and summarize findings in a succinct manner for client's usage. Primary responsibilities involve managing NPI Data Flow Follow up to the new products revenue with the sales teams Analyze NPI Sales opportunities Communicate with all product management groups on new part releases Follow-up with all data receivers to ensure deliveries have been successfully implemented Conduct data audits between customer and in house systems to ensure data integrity / accuracy Project management Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships Knowledge/Skills Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision – Aftermarket experience preferred Microsoft Office suite with extreme focus on Excel & Microsoft Access Detail oriented and result driven Data Management & Cleaning Strong Interpersonal Skills Ability to multi-task & project management Critical thinking & problem-solving skills Fluent in English & Spanish Education Requirements/ Experience Associates degree with heavy focus on data management Automotive certification/apprenticeship would be evaluated Experience supporting aftermarket automotive data not a must Preferred minimum of 1-2 years of experience Preferred
