Position Overview Ensure that the requirements of the product required by the customer are met Participate in the development of each project that includes stamping and give their opinion for its best implementation. Comply with the requirements of the QMS and EMS. Is responsible for managing the stamping processes as well as the information from them in the production system Develops and implements new projects, or engineering changes. Controls and maintains product drawings of stamping processes Develops the documentation of the line with respect to the process FMEA and coordinates the activities of the support departments. In charge of responding to customers regarding complaints from different customers. Responsible for continuous process analysis, with a focus on waste reduction, improvement of cycle times and/or improvement of product quality. These improvements must be reflected in the OEE of the process, and to carry them out, it will be able to make use of internal and external technical and human resources, and with world-class methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, TPM, TQM, automation and control). Contributes to customer satisfaction through a proactive approach and within the scope and responsibility of the process area Anticipates the critical points of a situation or problem with a large number of variables, establishing control points and coordination mechanisms, verifying data and seeking external information to ensure the quality of the processes. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Job Requirements & Qualification Diploma in Tool & Die Making with 10 years of experience. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
