Your Role As Legal Manager , you will play a critical role in ensuring our fintech operates within the highest legal and compliance standards while driving business growth. You will be responsible for: Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to Mexican financial regulations , including fintech laws, banking regulations, and AML policies. Strategic Legal Advisory : Provide expert counsel on corporate governance, product development, contracts, and risk mitigation . Regulatory Liaison : Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and industry bodies . Contract Negotiation : Oversee, draft, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, partnerships, and licensing arrangements . Dispute Resolution & Risk Management : Manage legal disputes, compliance audits, and risk assessments to safeguard business interests. What We Are Looking For LL.B. with an LL.M. (Master of Laws) from a recognized institution. 5 years of experience in financial services, fintech, or banking, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and financial law . In-depth knowledge of Mexican fintech regulations (Ley Fintech), banking laws, and data privacy regulations . Proven experience in contract negotiation, risk assessment, and regulatory strategy . Strong stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment .
