This is what you will do: Hold process walkthroughs with clients and document process requirements Create process flow diagrams in BPMN Assess automation feasibility, prepare high level solution designs, and hold reviews with technical counterparts Create business cases including work effort, duration, and Cost Benefit Analysis Prepare test cases, scenarios to cover functional and non-functional requirements for UAT Measure process KPIs and metrics pre- and post- automation Take ownership and drive end to end initiative on analytics solutions across various industries like BFSI, Healthcare This is what you will bring to: Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent practical experience) strongly preferred Experience in MS Office and business process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucid Chart BPMN knowledge Process Mining, Communications Mining and Task Mining (certified in at least 1) Awareness on latest technologies like Agentic
