Title: Finance Business Partner, R&D and Program Management Location : Guanajuato. A leading provider of innovative electric vehicle and industrial charging solutions is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its R&D and Program Management teams. They seek a proactive finance professional to drive performance, ensure compliance, and deliver strategic insights. Key responsibilities include financial reporting, budget and forecast management, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support business decisions. Responsibilities: Drive Financial Performance : Oversee and present financial results, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment. Support R&D and Program Strategy : Deliver key financial insights and guidance to drive decision-making and prioritize investment. Enhance Financial Processes : Identify and implement improvements to optimize financial management and transparency. Key skills: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred) 5 years of experience in finance roles, ideally within R&D or program-heavy organizations Hands-on, proactive, and business-minded approach Strong leadership and solution-oriented mindset. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools (SAP, Netsuite, Excel) No C2C or 3rd parties will be considered.
