IT Solution Analyst

Role: Junior IT Solution Analyst Location: Remote Key Skills: ATMS, Agile Fulltime Permanent and Remote Position with HCLTech Skills Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in business analysis, software development, Tester. 2 years of experience in the transportation industry using a TMS. Preferred in Agile Methodology. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members. Bilingual Preferred Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies. Proficiency in solution design, system analysis, and quality assurance Knowledge of test automation tools and techniques. Ability to generate and document acceptance criteria.
