In this role, you will work among engineering teams to develop cutting-edge software solutions. We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to work with various clients at our delivery center in Mexico. As a Senior Scrum Master, you'll have excellent relationship building, leadership. You will bring a breadth of experience that will make you a valuable contributing member of the Agile team and not just a task driver and status provider. Responsibilities: Have Strong Experience in Software Lifecycle and Innovative Applications for Software Facilitate all scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, grooming, retrospectives, etc.). Work closely with the project manager to manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources. Address and remove impediments affecting the team's progress to ensure smooth project execution. Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team. Promote collaboration and communication within the team and across departments. Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices to improve performance and outcomes. Act as a liaison between the development team and other stakeholders. Track and report team progress using Agile tools and metrics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master Experience using: Jira or Azure DevOps Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Proven experience in a Scrum Master role in a software development environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. High adaptability and capacity to manage change. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities. English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
