Experience-2-3 Years Experience in Application Production support. Problem solving in production environment by observing patterns, analyzing root causes, and suggesting ideas to resolve issues. Good communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of a development/production problem to help drive solutions with App Dev teams and senior stakeholders Experience with working in unix environment. Knowledge in programming and scripting languages such as Java, C, C++, Shell script, Perl, JavaScript or Python etc. Knowledge in RDBMS environments such as Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle or DB2 etc. We Offer Career development according to your profile and interests.
