Welding Engineer

Responsibilities - Implement the documents of the work operations in the processes assigned in Amvian Mexico Support to technical staff in welding area Responsible for achieving the Efficiency, Quality, Cost and Delivery Objectives of the processes in charge Optimization of welding parameters Improve product reliability, where welding processes are located Report activities to Engineering Manager and indirectly to AGM, of the processes in charge Responsible for improvement points found in LPA audits that apply to processes in charge Support and follow up of analysis and activities related to Fast Responce Responsible for updating production targets, demonstrating cycle time and implementing tools to improve processes and cycle time speed Responsible for training in welding processes Responsible for verifying parameter lists and updating parameter lists if a change in process improvement implementation is approved Responsible for monitoring and updating welding parameters Qualifications - English B2 Basic knowledge of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System.
