Job Description
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India. We're seeking a visionary IT leader to revolutionize our digital workplace experience through next-generation endpoint management, AI-assisted automation, and proactive service delivery. This role will architect our Zero Trust security model, implement predictive IT analytics, and cultivate a team of technology innovators who continuously elevate our digital capabilities. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of infrastructure modernization, AI integration, and people development. Key Responsibilities: Technology Transformation Design and implement a unified endpoint management strategy leveraging Jamf, Intune, and NinjaRMM within a cohesive management framework Transform IT service delivery through Freshservice, incorporating AI-powered incident prediction, natural language processing, and automated resolution paths Architect cross-platform automation workflows using Workato, Temporal or equivalent platforms to create seamless experiences across disparate systems Pioneer predictive maintenance systems using telemetry data and machine learning to identify and remediate issues before they impact users Develop sophisticated scripting solutions in Python, PowerShell, or Bash that enable infrastructure-as-code principles and GitOps workflows Team Evolution & Innovation Culture Build a future-ready IT team through skills mapping, personalized development paths, and emerging technology exposure Establish an innovation lab environment where team members can prototype solutions to organizational challenges Implement agile methodologies and DevOps practices within IT operations to increase delivery velocity and quality Foster psychological safety and continuous learning through regular hackathons, knowledge exchanges, and industry participation Strategic Business Partnership Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology capabilities with business outcomes and competitive advantages Establish metrics-driven service level objectives that demonstrate IT's direct impact on productivity and satisfaction Lead digital sustainability initiatives to optimize resource utilization and reduce environmental impact Develop a responsive technology roadmap that anticipates market shifts and emerging workplace trends Required Qualifications: 5 years of progressive experience in modern IT environments with emphasis on automation and service excellence Demonstrated expertise with unified endpoint management across platforms, specifically Jamf, Intune, and RMM solutions Proven experience leveraging Freshservice's advanced capabilities including automation, workflow design, and integration Experience implementing AI-assisted operations or ML-driven IT analytics Advanced scripting abilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash with focus on creating reusable frameworks and libraries Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and version-controlled configuration management Track record of building high-performing teams through mentorship, talent development, and creating growth pathways Background in implementing Zero Trust security models and modern identity management solutions Preferred Qualifications: Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms like Workato, Temporal, or equivalent integration technologies Familiarity with FinOps practices for optimizing technology spend across cloud and SaaS resources Background implementing observability platforms and leveraging telemetry data for predictive operations Experience with containerization, microservices architectures, and Kubernetes orchestration Knowledge of AI/ML operations and their application to IT service optimization Background in API-first design principles and building service meshes Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives or IT modernization programs About Us STAND 8 provides end-to-end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and globally with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York, Mexico, Japan, India, and more.
