L2/L3 Support

Key Responsibilities: • Support for systems, infrastructure, and critical applications. • Troubleshooting issues related to code builds, pipelines, artifacts, and software distribution. • Active participation in audits, change management, and incident handling. • Collaborate with global teams and interface with local stakeholders. • Promote best practices and automation to drive operational efficiency. Technical Requirements: • Solid experience with Linux commands and systems. • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Perl, Java , Python). • Experience with Git, GitLab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, etc. • Familiarity with configuration and automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible). • Strong knowledge of SQL (queries, table interactions, data extraction). • Understanding of DevOps dependencies – code review, builds, repositories, packages, distribution. • Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). • Willingness to work in rotational shifts. • Ability to multitask in high-paced environments. • Proactive mindset to tackle technical challenges and deliver solutions
