IAM Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineer with SailPoint development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong java programming background with experience in SailPoint Identity IQ product development and integrations. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements solutions coordinating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments using SailPoint and EntraID . Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Reuses components when possible and assists management in buy/build decisions. The job involves developing and creating new Custom connectors for SailPoint. Expert level knowledge of XML/JSON and SOAP/Restful webservices. Creates system design and engineering specifications based on requirements from the IAM Business Analysis team. Interacts with the IAM Quality Assurance and Operations teams to support testing in Pre and Prod environments. Assists with any system support /incident triage to restore service availability. Qualifications 5-7 years of experience Strong Java programming skills and experience SailPoint development experience including Customization and configuration of SailPoint. Ping Federate/EntraID experience (single-sign-on system) Encryption In-Flight Data Protection experience (Plus) Possess a highly developed sense of personal accountability and follow-through with an ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Proven ability to collaborate in a team environment. Must take ownership, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and ensure accuracy and quality.
