FP&A Lead

Description This role focuses in provide financial support to CHRISTUS International Operations in LatAm. Identifies areas where the business is not performing according to the plan. Prepares forecasts and analysis of trends in P&L, cash flow, budget, business conditions, and other related areas. Key Responsibilities Responsible of all the FP&A processes in Colombia including ministry month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow projections and financial ad hoc analysis Generate cash flow projections for all LatAm ministries Leader of the operations section in charge of volume analysis by unit for all LATAM ministries (including different KPIs for inpatient and outpatient revenue as OR, hospitalization, ambulatory services, high-tech equipment, ALOS) Operational and technical key metrics for all LatAm countries. Financial processes automation for month-end and quarter-end close activities. Corporate projects and initiatives that impact the organization. General Knowledge/Competencies Strong leadership skills with strong ability to plan and execute projects Strong communication & presentation skills: negotiation, decision-making and problem solving at different levels. Business planning skills to include cost impact analysis. Senior knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles. Advanced English required. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, accounting or similar. Experience 6 years of FP&A or a related area. 3 years of experience in leadership role.
