Job Description

Brief: This role with involve being responsible for executing, managing, and supporting a client's risk monitoring program. This includes ensuring assessments are completed on time, monitoring compliance and social performance in the global supply chain, communicating with suppliers pre & post-assessments, and collaborating with the client’s program leader. Additionally, the role involves supporting the Program Reporting Team in developing and customizing program reporting and data visualizations based on client needs. Key Responsibilities: Program Management Act as the expert on specific client ethical sourcing requirements and manage the regional risk monitoring program externally. This involves providing clear guidance for suppliers, responding to inquiries, calibrating teams regularly, and maintaining updated systems and documents. Plan, communicate, and continuously monitor the execution of due diligence assessment programs, ensuring assessments are coordinated per targeted timelines, or risk interventions are carried out as necessary, following escalation procedures and reporting as appropriate. Review all audits and/or risk interventions for the region, focusing on areas like high risk and repeated findings, critical issues, and quality management, including missing special elements. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with the customer’s supply chain to drive positive impact and continuous improvement, providing necessary recommendations/best practices to mitigate corresponding risks. Keep systems and trackers up to date, ensuring accuracy and availability for the customer. Master client program data for risk segmentation, performance scoring models, and KPI enhancement. Maintain internal guidance, standard operating procedures, and instructions to clearly document progress and meet client expectations and obligations. Data Analysis and Reporting Leverage customer supply chain data collection methodologies, business intelligence platforms, and other data to create reports/data visualizations and guide decision-making across supply chain teams. Understand each client’s program risk identification mechanisms and optimize relevant reporting models. Build reports on behalf of select customers. Reporting includes supplier performance in social responsibility, supply chain risk exposure management, sourcing organization transitions to responsible sourcing, segmentation, and programmatic recommendations. Develop standardized off-line analytical tools/dashboards to facilitate efficient cross-platform data analysis. Proactively identify data correlations and assist in interpreting and analyzing data for customers. Drive data integrity by identifying and acquiring missing information or gaps. Strong focus on data collection, business process analysis, and data presentation with relevant tools like Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and others. Work closely with platform leads to understand the interaction between clients’ goals and risk data. Respond promptly, accurately, and efficiently to data reporting requests and inquiries. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and/or equivalent experience. Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication, with 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sustainability, ethical risk compliance, responsible sourcing, ESG teams, or related fields in industries like manufacturing or supply chain management. Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify cracks in systems to expose problems and risks. Proficient in data visualization and AI systems like PowerBI, Advanced Excel, and other relevant tools. A solid understanding of the supply chain ecosystem, ethical sourcing auditing to codes of conduct, industry schemes, and supply chain practices. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable language for various stakeholders. Highly proficient in transforming large supply chain data into actionable reports and automations. Ability to work under pressure, results-oriented, self-motivated, responsive, and detail-oriented, with experience working with teams across different time zones.
