If a question/doubt comes up, goes to tech lead. -Can execute development tasks without supervision, asks for tech lead approval/suggestions. -Can get involved in design tasks by providing inputs and suggestions to the team/tech lead. -Can get involved in business related decisions. Attend business meetings as a silent listener, but can provide inputs and suggestions. -Capable of performing troubleshooting tasks without supervision, can help others if they get stuck. -No need for supervision on customer work relationship handling.
