Parts Management Analyst - Automotive (1-3 Years)

Experience: 1-3 Years Location: Naucalpan de Juárez, México (mostly WFH) Desired Experience: English speaking certification Logistics Experience Engineering/Automotive (preferably EDS Wiring specific) – Should have an understanding of the parts being tracked Responsibilities (Entry) Liaise between part supplier and Company Develop a plan for every part on assigned prototype builds Identify and escalate issues where they may affect prototype build starts Track all parts on program from order issue to delivery and receipt at build site Identify critical information concerning part delivery risks Work with suppliers to develop delivery plans for parts at risk Attend program meetings for awareness and to help facilitate issues resolution Schedule and host containment meetings to resolve problems and deliver a successful build on time Utilize OTF Database and PMA Analytics to track all parts/orders Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date comments as well as supplier contacts on all orders Pursue supplier responses in the form of Promise Dates and/or Red Borders Provide supplier rate and flow guidance as needed based on build start dates Additional Responsibilities: Confirm tooling is in place to produce parts Visit EDS wiring supplier site to determine part readiness Utilize OTF Database and PMA Analytics to track all parts/orders Maintain detailed, accurate and up-to-date comments as well as supplier contacts on all orders Identify critical information concerning part delivery risks Pursue supplier responses in the form for Promise Dates and/or Red Borders Work to resolve all open Red Borders Potential to travel to suppliers Please ensure you share your resume in English
