Profile/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role. Proficiency in financial analysis tools, Microsoft Office applications, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams English is required , Chinese is a plus Main Responsibilities: Calculate and analyze production costs, including direct and indirect expenses. Conduct variance analysis between standard costs and actual production costs, identifying and explaining discrepancies. Develop and maintain cost models to identify areas for cost reduction and optimization. Create and present cost analysis reports, profitability reports, and variance analyses to senior management. Assist in the preparation of the company’s financial statements and month-end closings. Contribute to the creation of budgets for production costs and monitor actual costs against budgeted amounts. Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and conduct regular physical inventory audits. Maintain and update standard costs for raw materials and finished goods. Assist in financial analysis and forecasting related to production costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify cost-saving opportunities.
