Objective of the Position: Ensure the quality and compliance of supplier-provided materials through effective monitoring, auditing, and issue resolution. Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain alignment with quality and environmental management systems to uphold the highest industry standards. Responsibilities: Prepare incident reports for materials in Incoming Inspection and Warehouse and track them through the Supplier Portal. Follow up on reports with customers and notify the Corporate team. Conduct monthly supplier evaluations. Ensure that personnel comply with the quality and environmental management systems. Provide support and follow-up on production floor reports and support department issues. Supply material measurement information to relevant departments. Initiate engineering deviations for parts that do not meet the dimensions or requirements specified in component drawings. Conduct warehouse audits and follow up on corrective actions. Monitor and execute required PTR runs. Contribute to the Plant's Quality and Environmental System by fulfilling assigned activities, including conducting Layered Process Audits (LPA). Actively participate in the annual inventory process according to assigned functions and schedules to help ensure accurate measurement and control of equipment, materials, final products, and work-in-process. Track containment actions, corrective actions, documentation, and report closures. Provide scheduled weekend support. Oversee activities of plant auditors. Follow up on MRB (Material Review Board) materials. Knowledge/Competencies: Blueprint interpretation GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Component inspection and testing GAGE R&R study preparation Measurement equipment and machinery: CMM/MV, Optical Comparator, Basic Measurement Equipment Non-conforming product disposition and control Development of sorting instructions and reports Supplier tracking sheets Core Tools Scorecards Minitab IPM / PPMs AS400 / SAP Interpretation of IATF 16949:2016 standard Process approach and risk analysis Root cause analysis and problem-solving (5 Why / 8D) Skills: Leadership Proactive approach Proficiency in computer applications Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills High sense of responsibility Ability to work under pressure Adaptability to change Advanced English proficiency Analytical thinking and decision-making skills If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining the Joyson Safety Systems team, we invite you to apply through this platform!
