Make your mark at the world's largest HVAC company The ERP Transformation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA for our multi-site manufacturing operations in Mexico. This role ensures that the global SAP S/4HANA template aligns with the specific business, operational, and regulatory needs of Mexico while maintaining compliance with corporate IT and business strategies. This position acts as the primary liaison between corporate IT, business stakeholders, and global SAP teams, ensuring that the ERP implementation supports manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and compliance processes. Main Challenges: Lead SAP S/4HANA Implementation for Mexico Oversee the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring a smooth transition while meeting both corporate and local business requirements. Collaborate with global teams, business leaders, and IT specialists to define an ERP template that complies with Mexican regulations and operational needs. Ensure the new system integrates seamlessly with existing operations without disrupting ongoing processes. Manage ERP Integrations with MES and Other Business Systems Ensure SAP S/4HANA integrates effectively with MES, legacy systems, and other enterprise systems. Work closely with functional and technical teams to design, test, and implement these integrations. Enable real-time data flow and system interoperability to enhance operational efficiency and reduce delays. Oversee Data Migration, System Configuration, and Compliance Supervise data cleansing, migration, and validation processes to guarantee data accuracy in the new ERP system. Establish data governance standards and collaborate with finance, supply chain, and compliance teams to ensure all data meets regulatory and operational requirements. Minimize errors and ensure the system complies with both local and global regulations, protecting business continuity. Drive Change Management and User Adoption Ensure business users are fully prepared for the transition to SAP S/4HANA through comprehensive training programs, communication plans, and support structures. Facilitate smooth adoption by addressing user concerns, minimizing resistance, and promoting system efficiency after go-live. Establish Post-Go-Live Support and Continuous Improvement Define long-term ERP support, enhancement, and governance models to ensure the system evolves with business needs. Set up a robust support structure, monitor system performance, and drive ongoing improvements to maintain system effectiveness and alignment with business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 10 years of experience in similar positions. SAP and Oracle EBS Experience: Implementation, migration, and knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, PP, SD) and Oracle EBS R12. System Integration and Middleware: Knowledge of SAP integrations with MES and systems using SAP BTP, PO, and CPI. System Integration and Middleware: Knowledge of SAP integrations with MES and systems using SAP BTP, PO, and CPI. Manufacturing and IT: MES integration, automation, and cloud IT architecture.
