Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in building projects and a solid grasp of CCS (Candy Construction Software) We are seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our Clients dynamic and growing team. About the Role: You will play a key role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of high-profile building projects, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans Administer and manage sub-contractor and supplier contracts Perform accurate valuations and cost reporting Work closely with project teams to ensure commercial control Prepare tender and contract documentation Monitor project progress and provide financial updates Requirements: 5 to 8 years' experience working on building construction projects Proficient in CCS (Candy Construction Software) Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC) Proven experience with cost planning, estimating, and financial reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (BSc or equivalent)
