ERP Systems Software Assistant

Position: ERP Support Systems Assistant Location: Kempton Park Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems ( SAP Evolve ) Troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions Assist in ERP system implementation and design phases Monitor system performance and maintain data integrity Collaborate with teams and end-users to enhance system functionality Document processes and contribute to the knowledge base Manage support tickets and coordinate with external vendors Requirements: IT Degree or Diploma (Degree preferred) Extensive SAP experience (essential) Strong knowledge of Evolve Manufacturing environment experience ERP implementation/design experience 5 years in a technical/system support role Strong communication and problem-solving skills
