Position : 251161 Position: Project Manager (Digital Transformation) Position Type: CONTRACT No. of Positions: 1 Location: Hybrid, ON Description This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to lead and execute a digital transformation initiative from strategy through implementation. This role involves evaluating existing systems, introducing cutting-edge technologies, and ensuring the organization transitions smoothly to a modernized, efficient digital environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience managing complex IT projects, strong leadership in change management, and a passion for fostering equitable and inclusive work environments. Experience supporting non-profit or advocacy-based organizations is highly valued. Responsibilities Oversee full lifecycle project delivery from planning to post-implementation. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of current systems and digital processes. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap aligned with organizational priorities. Manage third-party vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions. Direct implementation of new platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Lead training sessions and provide user support for new system adoption. Define and manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables. Establish performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate transformation success. Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal teams and external partners. Requirements 10 years of experience leading IT or digital transformation projects. Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies. Experience with vendor selection, contracts, and technical delivery oversight. Strong project planning, risk management, and budget control skills. Prior experience supporting digital initiatives in NGOs or advocacy organizations. Ability to lead with empathy and align with anti-oppression, anti-racism values. Strong communication skills and a track record of driving strategic impact.
