Job Description

Duties: Leading and overseeing all aspects of a branch's operations, including: Managing staff, Ensuring customer satisfaction, Achieving financial goals. Hiring, training, and evaluating employees, Developing and implementing sales plans and marketing strategies. Building relationships with customers, vendors, and the community. Route planning & analysis PODs Fleet Requirements: Tertiary education (Degree / Diploma) Management experience (including OPS) Strong leadership skills Excellent interpersonal, communication & teambuilding skills Sales ability / experience Customer & staff relationship building Experience with disciplinary matters / knowledge of Labour laws Motivated, energy, enthusiasm & passion for the job Runway potential for growth PC Experience (Freightware/E-mail/Word/Excel/Powerpoint) Finance & budget experience
