Job Description

Key Responsibilities : Safety Management : Implement safety protocols, manage chemical handling, and ensure safe machinery operation. Health Management : Monitor and address health risks, including chemical exposure and repetitive strain injuries. Environmental Management : Drive sustainability by reducing waste and energy consumption, and ensuring proper disposal practices. Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits, ensure compliance with quality standards, and improve customer satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance : Maintain all necessary certifications and ensure adherence to local and national regulations. Training & Reporting : Conduct employee training, track safety audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications : Education : Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7 or higher preferred). Experience : 7-12 years in SHEQ management or similar roles, with experience in manufacturing, FMCG, mining, or hospitality industries. Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and company software systems. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage conflict effectively.
