Concrete Foreman Water Retaining Structures Location: Western Cape, South Africa Industry: Civil Construction / Infrastructure Contract Type: Full-Time Are you an experienced Concrete Foreman with a solid track record in water-retaining structures? Join our dynamic and growing construction team, delivering critical infrastructure projects across the Western Cape. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all site concrete works, particularly water-retaining structures (e.g., reservoirs, treatment plants, tanks). Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with design specifications and project timelines. Manage on-site labour, subcontractors, plant, and equipment. Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets safety and structural standards. Report daily progress and work closely with site engineers and project managers. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Concrete Foreman, preferably in water-retaining or civil infrastructure projects. Solid understanding of formwork, rebar placement, concrete mixes, and curing techniques. Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations. Drivers license and willingness to travel within the Western Cape.
