What you get to do every day: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top engineering talent Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications Coordinate and schedule on-site or virtual interviews with candidates and hiring teams Administer technical assessments and coding challenges as part of the evaluation process Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting Promote LTV.ai's employer brand and values to potential candidates Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced technology company Strong understanding of software engineering roles, technologies, and industry trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to understand job requirements for engineering roles Prior experience hiring for frameworks/languages including (but not limited to): React, Typescript/JS, AWS, Node.js Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities What’s in it for you?
