Senior Structural Engineer / Structural Engineering Technologist

We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Structural Engineer / Engineering Technologist to join an established medium-sized Consulting Engineering firm located in Bellville (Cape Town). The candidate must have 7 - 10 years post-graduation design experience as a Structural Engineer / Structural Engineering Technologist in Structural Consulting Engineering. Other key requirements: BSc or B.Eng Structural Engineering / BTech: Structural Engineering qualification Engineering Engineer / Technologist registered with ECSA either as a Candidate or Professional would be advantageous. Preparing AutoCAD & REVIT drawings and bending schedules. Must have min. 7 years' of post-graduation design experience as a Structural Engineer / Structural Engineering Technologist. Be proficient in the design of Concrete and Steel Structures. Be proficient in Prokon Be proficient in AutoCAD & have a good knowledge of REVIT Have construction site experience. Have good communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Stable employment record. Code B Driver's license with own vehicle.
