Business Analyst ( Supply Chain, E-commerce and Process automation)

Key Responsibilities PREVIOUS FMCG EXPERIENCE WILL BE A BENEFIT AFRIKAANS AND ENGLISH SPEAKING ESSENTIAL To Analysis existing business process ensure best optimization Automate the manual reporting and process across the systems in an organization. Coordinate and set the e-commerce platform and integration of SAP, supply chain system, and e-commerce platform. Integration coordination between All Systems (To be able to understand all the Supply Chain Systems , you would need to understand all Data in the ERP System and what they entail) To able to develop customized reports from SAP data into Excel reports To manage Sizanani (Logistics), SAP (ERP System), Excel Modules automation, e-commerce platform, and Sales app. Key Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree with preference to Computer science. Have a strong understanding of the business functions (Fertilizer Industry would be advantages). Excellent Communication skills Proficient in English, bilingual (Afrikaans & English) would be advantage. SQL Programming Experience, VPA, Coding knowledge Understand and Good Knowledge of Integration Logic and Software (File-based Integration, Web Services Via Internet, Web Services PO Middleware) Relevant SAP knowledge and experience 5 years of relevant work experience . Experience working with data sets to answer business questions. Experience with project management, and working cross-functionally to manage and prioritize projects. Technical expertise Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP Proficient in Excel with Excel Macro and VBA coding. Proficient in Power BI, Building dashboard and data queries. Tech savvy
