1 Year Contract - FMCG Civils Projects Supervisor, Richardsbay, - Salary Rneg Company Housing Matric plus N3 in the engineering field Trade Test certificate in brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, fitting, electrical , ect Project Management qualifications and working experience in construction environment . Experience compiling and controlling project costs . 3 years supervisory experience Knowledge of Food Safety, Construction Regulations and/or General Safety Strong leadership and supervisory skills . Physically mobile and fit Computer literate and effective in the use of Microsoft Office Driver’s license DUTIES Manage the Programme of work, coordinating resources . Manage quality of work and Materials To care for safety, oversee and Conduct inspections, prepare defects lists and determine the necessary remedial work . Draw up scope of work and technical specifications for project . Setup & conduct tender meetings, with the help of the Procurement Department . Assist with the compilation of Capital Applications for each Project.
