Test Analyst

Description: The Test Analyst will ensure the delivery of quality software solutions via development, testing or operation processes. They are responsible for creating test artifacts from requirements and implementing testing methods, recording the test results, and providing recommendations to improve software program effectiveness and efficiency. Responsibilities Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates. Design and execute IT software tests and evaluate results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Coordinate and support UAT resources Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content. Ability to identify and log risk and issues again projects. Ability to create, extract or request test data as per the requirements. Adhere to all Policies and Procedures. Skills and Experience Required : A bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. ISTQB certificate will be an advance. Proven experience testing experience or similar role. Excellent knowledge of test methodologies, QA process, and software release cycles. Proficiency in documenting and troubleshooting errors. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies is a plus.
