In your role of Department Manager Electric Vehicles in Brussels, you will make sure that this leading position on the full value chain of Design, Build, and Maintain (DBM) with integrated CPO and MSP is taken. Your primary focus will be on developing an ambitious business plan, staffing the team and driving proactive business with both existing and new customers. Ready to take on this challenge? Discover more below and apply team leadership: lead and inspire the team reinforce the team based on the business plan and ensure optimal staffing levels business development: work closely with the business development team to identify and capitalize on opportunities in the EV market expand the Sales team to accommodate the growing demand for EV services follow market evolutions to make sure the right solutions for the Equans customers are chosen look at potential acquisitions build & maintain team: assess the necessity for a dedicated Build & Maintain team and implement accordingly close partnership with external and internal partners where useful and needed oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the team to ensure high-quality project execution. profit & loss (P&L): take full ownership of the P&L for the Electric Vehicles division implement strategies to maximize revenue, minimize costs, and ensure overall profitability Profile What do you need to be successful in this function? master's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or equivalent) minimal 10 years of experience in the Electric Vehicles industry proven experience in managing EV projects, from design to maintenance.
