Product Development Specialist - Crop Protection

Minimum requirements for the role: Must have a tertiary qualification in Agriculture Minimum 2 year proven working experience in a similar role is essential Must be a team player, exercise a high degree of self-discipline, confidentiality, and demonstrative initiative Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required Must have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel The successful candidate will be responsible for: Developing new and existing agricultural products. Writing trial protocols. Executing and supervising trials to a GLP Standard. Formulating and assessing trial reports to registration application standards. Working with internal Trialists and Trial Consultants. Compiling documents for applications to the Registrar Act 36. Researching new product opportunities and trends in Agriculture globally. Performing project pipeline management, progress tracking and reporting.
