Job Description

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Technical proficiency in property and infrastructure management. Property and estate management experience. Proficiency in financial management. Sound legal and regulatory knowledge related to community associations. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Efficiently manage day-to-day operational activities of the association. Ensure compliance with legal processes and homeowner association governing documents. Engage with board members, residents, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships. Oversee maintenance, security, and infrastructure management. Review and manage vendor contracts and service providers. Implement risk management strategies and disaster plans. Resolve conflicts and disputes within the community. SOFT SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in conflict resolution and decision-making. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Dedication to outstanding customer service. High ethical standards and professionalism. Adaptability to changing circumstances and challenges.
