Job Description
Functions: Develop and oversee the entire recruitment and selection process Draft a concise plan to management, on improvements and changes that can be implemented on the current HR policies Manage HR audits and compliance reporting Investigate and propose an HR platform/software as a cloud-based portal, in order to enhance employee experience and communication Develop and oversee all training programs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR Management, or Industrial Psychology At least 4 to 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist capacity Have a sound understanding of labour relations and HR best practices experience Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and display a high level of attention to detail
