Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Eng / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Eng is preferred. Civil / Mechanical will be considered depending on experience) 3 years experience in advanced water treatment and experience managing staff Experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification advantageous Understanding plant health and managing water treatment assets Good computer skills The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to: Oversee / manage teams and manage production & maintenance performance/output Plant performance and ensuring compliance Accountability for safety performance Maintain effective administration & control procedures including financial control, HR/IR, procurement and stock management Continuous improvement and optimization of processes Implement / maintain financial control and monitoring records / reporting Ensure client satisfaction and client feedback meetings and reporting Compile plant reports & attend client meetings Monitor plant health & pro-actively intervene Salary: Market related To apply email detailed CV and all supporting documentation through to
